MADE IN AUSTRIA
Tough Resin is developed and produced in Austria under strict quality standards. Using only premium raw materials, each batch undergoes a meticulous production process to ensure consistent performance and high-quality results for every print.
Why Choose Tough Resin
Tough Resin stands out for its ability to withstand intense stress and impact while maintaining flexibility. This resin is ideal for demanding applications, offering a balance of strength and durability that allows your printed parts to endure rough conditions without compromising structural integrity.
Ideal Applications for Tough Resin
Tough Resin is perfect for functional prototypes, impact-resistant parts, and any application requiring high durability and flexibility. It's an excellent choice for engineers, designers, and hobbyists needing reliable, stress-resistant components.
Key Features of Tough Resin
- High impact resistance: Charpy impact strength of 53 kJ/m²
- Flexible durability: Elongation at break of 21%, ideal for bending and stretching
- Designed for tough conditions: Built to withstand significant stress and impact
- Reliable performance: Perfect for functional parts needing high resilience
How to use Tough Resin
Always wear Nitrile Gloves when handling Resin.
- Shake the bottle very well before use to ensure consistent results.
- Pour the resin into the Resin tank and start your print.
- After printing, pour the remaining resin back into the bottle using a Resin Filter to keep it in prestine condition.
- Rinse your model with Resin Cleaner or Isopropyl alcohol 99,9%
- Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Compatibility of Tough Resin
Compatible with DLP and LCD 3D printers with a light source ranging from 395nm to 405nm, including models from Elegoo, Anycubic, Phrozen, Creality, and more.
Tough Resin is not tested with SLA 3D printers. Results may vary.
