Heat Resistant Resin is crafted for applications that demand stability under high temperatures. With a heat tolerance of up to 180°C and a high modulus, this resin produces highly precise and detailed prints, making it ideal for complex designs and intricate geometric shapes that require durability in challenging environments.

Heat Resistant Resin has a Heat Deflection Temperature of around 180°C above that it sharply loses its mechanical properties.

MADE IN AUSTRIA

Heat Resistant Resin is developed and produced in Austria under strict quality standards. Using only premium raw materials, each batch undergoes a meticulous production process to ensure consistent performance and high-quality results for every print.

Why Choose Heat Resistant Resin

Heat Resistant Resin combines temperature resilience with high precision, making it perfect for projects that require detailed accuracy under extreme conditions. Its high modulus ensures that even complex shapes and intricate features retain their form and detail when exposed to high heat.

Ideal Applications for Heat Resistant Resin

This resin is ideal for functional prototypes, intricate models, and parts that will face elevated temperatures. It's particularly suited for engineers, designers, and makers who require high precision and durability in heat-sensitive applications.

Key Features of Heat Resistant Resin

  • High-temperature tolerance: Withstands heat up to 180°C
  • High modulus: Ensures precise, stable prints with fine detail
  • Perfect for complex designs: Ideal for intricate shapes and geometric structures
  • Durable in extreme conditions: Maintains accuracy under high temperatures

How to use Heat Resistant Resin

Always wear Nitrile Gloves when handling Resin.

  1. Shake the bottle very well before use to ensure consistent results.
  2. Pour the resin into the Resin tank and start your print.
  3. After printing, pour the remaining resin back into the bottle using a Resin Filter to keep it in prestine condition.
  4. Rinse your model with Resin Cleaner or Isopropyl alcohol 99,9%
  5. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Compatibility of Heat Resistant Resin

Compatible with DLP and LCD 3D printers with a light source ranging from 395nm to 405nm, including models from Elegoo, Anycubic, Phrozen, Creality, and more.

Heat Resistant Resin is not tested with SLA 3D printers. Results may vary.

How to Store Heat Resistant Resin

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain its peak condition. Minimize exposure to air and light, and always filter the resin before returning it to the bottle.

Disposal of Heat Resistant Resin

Dispose of contents/container at a hazardous or special waste collection point. Fully cured resin can be disposed of in a waste stream appropriate for plastics. Treat solvents from cleaning according to local regulations.
