COLOR AMPULE is a dye for BASIC RESIN to color it in a wide variety of colors. COLOR AMPULE is availabe in 12,5g for 500g of Resin and 25g for 1kg Resin. The system is designed to only mix one COLOR AMPULE into one appropriate Resin. If more than 12.5g Dye for 500g Resin or more than 25g Dye for 1kg is mixed into the results of the print might deteriorate.

  1. Shake the COLOR AMPULE well for 15 seconds
  2. Pour the whole content into the Resin
  3. securly close the resin bottle and shake for 20-30 seconds
  4. Let the resin rest to reove airbubbles that build up during the shaking

RESIN BASIC is not really that basic. Developed and manufactured in Austria the material shows excellent properties. It is easy to print and delivers pixel perfect results. Even the smallest details show up with a smooth surface finish. Application for Printing with a DLP or LCD 3D Printer Follow the guidelines of the 3D printer manufacturer to set up the 3D print. The necessary exposure varies for every printer model. Recommended setup: Normal Layers 0,025-0,15mm 10-15 sec. expsoure (RGB) 2,5-5 sec. Resin filter are paper funnel with integrated 125μm mesh to filter cured particles from resin. Application for removing cured resin particle Wear gloves when handling resin. If available, place Resin bottle on a silicone mat and use a PP funnel to stable the filter. Pour the resin slowly from the resin tank of the 3D printer through the filter into the bottle. Resin should be filtered as a general maintainance, especially after a failed print to remove loose particles. Disposal To dispose of used resin filter  Let the resin cure under UV light. Isopropanol is a highly volatile, flammable, colourless, clear liquid that is used to remove and dissolve uncured resin from SLA and DLP 3D printed parts. It is used in FDM 3D printing for cleaning components, build plates and smoothing certain materials. Because of its rapid evaporation, it dries quickly. Therefore, the container should not be left open any longer than necessary. Application Always wear gloves when handling IPA For removing uncured Resin from SLA or DLP printed parts fill your cleaning vessel with the amount specified by the manufacturer. To minimize waste it´s suggested to pre-clean the parts before placing them in the cleaning vessel to expand the lifespan of your fresh IPA. This can be done in a separate container with either “dirty" IPA from previous cleaning cycles or low evaporation cleaners such as DPM, TPM or PGDA. Place the finished print in the cleaning vessel and clean the parts for at least 5 min. or according to the material manufacturers guidelines. After the cleaning cycle, let the model dry and check for a tacky surface, repeat if necessary till the surface is not tacky anymore. If it´s still tacky replace the IPA. To clean build plates of FDM printers it can be diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 70% isopropanol and 30% water. For smoothing FDM 3D prints Follow the instructions of the smoothing device manufacturer.
